Would pregnancy show up in a regular blood test days after conception?

I had +opk yesterday (Thursday) and obviously dtd and will be again today but I have a check up at the doctors on Tuesday to check my weight bloods etc. So if I did conceive either yesterday or today it wouldn't show up in my blood test would it? I hope it doesn't because I wouldn't want to find out that early but then if nothing came back I'd be upset that I'm not pregnant.. So can someone please tell me that pregnancy doesn't show up in a regular blood test and definitely not that soon after conception?😂
