Someone? Help!!!

Hey girls, I desperately need help. Here's the list of my symptoms since cd19. Headache every day since cd19, light brown cm (cd19, cd21), light pink cm(cd20), fresh red blood(cd22), fatigue, acne on chest, shoulders and face, heartburn (very bad one, wakes me up at night), abdomen cramps, indigestion, ovary pain, uterus cramps, few sharp stabbing pains throug the vagina (happened only once on cd24), nausea, strong smell of urine, backache (every day since cd19), hot flashes. I dont know when I ovulated but I got BFN on cd 27. Today is cd30 and my period is due tomorrow. I've never in my life had any of these sypmtoms, so I don't know whats going on with me. Any advices? I can't get my beta HCG done because I live in freakin Croatia and they are sending me out of my city to get my beta HCG done.
