Dissociation: Every experience a "dream day"?

I went a whole day without really knowing what was going on. The only thing I REALLY remember is almost passing out when I picked up the oldest girl I babysit from school. It sounded like there was cotton in my ears, I saw bright yellow spots, time was going at an odd pace (couldn't tell if it was slow or fast), my body felt heavy and tingly, and I was dizzy. I know it wasn't a dream because I texted my boyfriend that day and the texts are still there. Plus the dates don't line up if this day never happened. I slowly started to lose memory of what happened that day like you would a dream. It didn't feel like a medical issue, I'm fine now, but it felt more spiritual, like my mind was clouded. Anyone experience anything similar?
