So i think im 6/7dpo & Ive been having crazy, vivid dreams, acne, mild cramps here and there, brown spotting and this morning i have a mild, tolerant sore throat whenever i swallow. Could these be signs of Implantation? Of course i've googled things but i dont want to get my hopes up just to be knocked down with a BFN. I havent had headache like that or sore breast... but they say every woman is different right?
