Really quickly I wanted to pass this on in case you hadn't seen it. A HUGE frozen food recall recently happened involving over 47 million lbs of meat and poultry and massive quantities of frozen fruits and vegetables, both organic and conventional, all potentially contaminated with listeria. While it causes mild flu-like symptoms in most healthy people, listeria is especially dangerous for people with compromised immune systems, including babies, people fighting diseases such as cancer, the elderly, and pregnant women.
