Hi ladies! I'm curious what your "instructions" were when going to use a trigger shot with timed intercourse. A few months ago I was told one thing by my nurse, and yesterday she told me something different....? This is my first round of Femera/Letrozole at 7.5mg(after 4 rounds of clomid with no response) and I had a follicle on day 16 at 16mm, I go tomorrow to follow up to see if it's over 20 and proceed with the shot.
