Some of us worry about if the sperm have made it through the cervix when it leaks out. But when the semen is first ejaculated into the vagina it's like a gel, and then it thins out and turns into more of a liquid which allows the sperm to escape out of the semen into the woman's body. That's why when it leaks out, it's runny. The stuff that leaks out isn't sperm, it's just the semen that carried the sperm. So there is no need to worry about leakage!
