I want to have a baby?!

So me and my hubby haven't been together that long, but we are madly in love. I love him with all my heart and I know he loves me. I'm 20 and he's 23, I know we've talked about having kids but we also have discussed not being ready. But I think I'm ready, I would love to have a kid with him. I just need advice on how to talk to him about it, I don't know how to bring it up without possibly freaking him out you know? any advice would help please!!
