I'm breastfeeding my little one, she's 19 days old today and two days ago I had a rock solid boob and my mom told me to use heat and keep feeding her on that side to get it out, it past by the end of the day. However today on the same boob I have a light greenish scab on the nipple, it's hard and doesn't come off, milk still comes out and it's still white. She's been very fussy the past 2-3 days should I stop feeling her on that side? Also I stopped eating dairy about a week ago to see if it would help her because she's had mucus in her poop, a week without any dairy and it's still mucus. Could it be connected?
