I do not like the curriculum that's being pushed at the moment. It only talks about wars that the U.S. Looked good in (so just specific parts of WW1 and WW2) and hardly touches on the trail of tears, veitnam, slavery, etc. 
my highschool was just in the process of moving to this whitewashed version when I graduated and they are going so far as to try to fire any history teachers that are teaching outside of the small curriculum given.
