I started taking it after the fertility treatments we tried (clomid, let razor, iui's, ) didn't work. I was one week from starting IVF after a 3 month break and I got a bfp. Get the coq10 that's broken down. Umbiqol I think it's called. I can send a picture later of what I used. Good luck girls!

I take it when ttc. I am able to conceive naturally, but I'm in my mid thirties. Anecdotally I've gotten pregnant twice after taking coq10 for a couple months. One miscarriage and one healthy full term baby. I'm currently ttc again and just resumed taking it.
