Anyone lengthened their LH phase with Progesterone Cream?

I usually have a 32 day cycle and have a positive OPK around CD 21/22. Then ovulation happens after that so my leutal phase is only around 8 days. Had a chemical in March so I'm trying progesterone cream this cycle x
