Stitch like pains
I'm 26 weeks plus 3 days and this is my first pregnancy today I woke up and I got a stitch like pain around my tummy especially at the top but it only goes when I lay down? Baby has been moving fine all day it's just so uncomfortable is this normal and what can I take to ease the pain?
