I put the Graco 4-ever on mine.  It's from 5lbs to 120lbs so I won't have to but any other seats, it's good to go from birth till they are out of the booster! I love graco car seats.  My 6 yr old is in the Nautilus and still fits the 5pt harness with one more to grow  before I even have to convert it to the high back booster.
