Mother / Appreciation Gift

I am a teen mom but I am in college full time with a job passing all my classes in nursing school. So please save your negative comments. My babyshower is next week and I want to give her a gift from me and the baby for all that she's done. not just her going above and beyond for my babyshower but in my life in general. she never gave up on me and though words or any gift in this world can't compare to what she's done, I want to atleast show her a small appreciation of that. I want to give her something that'll be sentimental to her and something that I'll mean a lot. im just not sure what to do ? do you ladies have any suggestions ? I am open to anything my
