We have been trying to get pregnant for awhile. I have been off of birth control for a year and my periods started back but in the month of February I have just like spotting instead of a flow. I didn't have any spotting or anything for the month of March and April. Before I take a pregnancy test and have the disappointment of not being pregnant like so many times before, do y'all think this could finally be the positive one?
