My daughter has something similar on her arm, pedi isn't concerned. It just looks vascular, probably will resolve over time.

I can't tell from the picture, but if it's a collection of capillaries then it's a hemangioma. My son has had one from birth the pedal was not concerned and said it should resolve itself.

Is definitely not a bruise is something that the baby was born with I wouldn't worry about it

Is it a mongolian birthmark? I'm not sure if they can get them there. My LO has one at the top of her butt crack.
