Horrible storms causing panic attacks😱😱

I'm 16+5 and I have bad anxiety, not pregnancy related. I'm in Texas and we're having horrible thunderstorms.

Side note : I'm horribly afraid of thunder.

The thunder is really booming and the powers gone off like three times. All the thunder and the power and me just being frightened out of my mind that there's gonna be a tornado, is causing me to have pretty bad panic attacks.

SO was going to come get me the first time the power went out but his dad is being an ass and not letting him. I live in a camper/house trailer (ie a giant metal box). Not to mention my cell service is getting worse the longer this goes on. So scared....
