Anyone dealing with pregnancy acne? What do you use?

Is anyone else dealing with hormonal acne? I've always been susceptible to this, but now it's irritating (lol) and my doctor is superstrict and is even hesitant to let me use sunscreen or anything on my face. For the most part I only wash my face with plain Jane water.

There are topical prescription medicines that are pregnancy safe. I take a topical antibiotic and azaelic acid, both class B on the pregnancy scale. I had cystic acne with my first and used nothing. This time I really wanted to manage it better and it's great!

My Dr. said use whatever you want on your face as the skin has a thick epidermis. Just don't take acne antibiotics as that could hurt the baby.
