Coconut oil for diaper rash?

Anybody use it? Did it work? My baby is always red right around his anus. Started using equate diaper cream from Walmart at every change. No luck. Now he's got rash bumps. So I tried butt paste brand. No luck either. It's mild and doesn't seem to bother him but I don't understand why creams aren't working?!

Yup, have been using coco oil on my baby since birth. Works great.

Try black/English tea. That is the remedy used in Germany and my friends swear by it.

try seudocream for rash each time u change diaper n avoid using wipes for some days

It could be a yeast build up too. If it gets worse or lasts longer then a week call the pediatrician

How old is he? It may be a food allergy...
