Is it normal?

My best friend thinks she may be pregnant. And she's so excited. What I'm wondering is how normal is it for someone else to feel like morning sickness and light cramps (not period cramps) when you know you're not pregnant but someone you're really close to may be

Always remember that correlation does not equal causation. Just because you are having morning sickness and some cramping while your friend might be pregnant, does not mean that these things are related whatsoever. There are probably other factors contributing to your symptoms and you've just associated it to your friends pregnancy without any real reason to do so. I would say that you're most likely 100% fine and you've just for some reason gotten it into your head that these totally unrelated subjects are somehow all connected.
