Nausea throughout the day

Angel • Sun, May 15 • Hello im angel 20 years old. I have just found out that i am pregos with my first little one. we are having a little girl and.shes due the 3rd of jan.

I just have a question. I seem to be getting sick not just the normal morning sickness but I go thru the day feeling like I wanna get sick and nothing helps. I can't eat anything and my prenatal vitamins is making it worse? Any other mommy experienceing this? Please help
