Anterior placenta??

Ok so I went for an early gender scan last week and the sonographer said I have an anterior placenta. I asked what it was but he was quite vague because it was a non diagonistic scan but he said at my 20week scan they will look at it. From my own research I've read it's no real problem unless a c - section is needed and I won't feel baby until further down the line because the placenta is in the way 😩 anyone else got the same thing?
