There are a lot of financial options out there. I wasn't working and my husband works fast food and we were able to take out loans for our IVF treatment

Some blockages can be fixed but some are more difficult it depends on the location of the block, what if anything is causing the block, etc. my tubes are proximally blocked and that's a much more difficult fix and has a longer recovery period and still it may not work. Since I'm older, I don't have a year to spend healing from the surgery and then more time testing to see if I can conceive.  As a result, My SO and I spent six months saving the money for IVF.

We couldn't afford it either. We took out a loan for it.
