my boyfriend says "this is my girlfriend, Skylar" 😂 haha simple enough. he probably just wants them to know your name??? and when he's with you it's probably obvious to them that your "his girl" but when he's with just his friends and you're not around if he says "I'm going to see Sarah" (idk ur name) they might be like oh who's Sarah idk. rather than "I'm gonna go see my girl" they'll think oh yeah his girlfriend Sarah. idk who knows.
