So I work housekeeping at a hospital. And we have to deal with lifting heaving linen bags through out the day and also cleaning. There's about 4 other people pregnant. I so happen to have two past miscarriages. Well the other people are still working here, the managers talked and let the other people still work and just had some other people deal with the linen. Well I told them I found out I was pregnant again. And they want to put me on leave. I thinks it's unfair. I like how they care and want me to take it easy. But they helped everyone else out. Why can't they help me out. They said even if I get a doctor note they don't know if they could work around the restrictions or let me go. What should I do???
