Which is better for child birth?

I'm just curious as to which one is better to do in giving child birth.

I did it natural. however it's everyone personal choice which one they want to do. neither one is better. just personal preference.

It all depends on YOUR personal view.
For me, natural was better. I've always had back issues, so I was more wary of the epidural, and I also wanted to have a natural birth.
And it went great!
But if you want an epidural go for it. It's your body and your baby!

Neither is better and neither is worse.
Many women would opt for an epidural because frankly, childbirth hurts like all hell. Few women can say it didn't bother them. An epidural eases birthing pain, but it has also been linked to an increased chance for the requirement of medical intervention (such as a cesarean section), and it may make your baby drowsy after birth.
Natural birth is much more painful, but you are able to actively participate (an epidural numbs you to the point of not being able to feel yourself pushing, or know when to push) and your newborn is not born with pain drugs in their system. 
It is a personal choice. When I have a child I will elect a natural birth, despite knowing how painful it can be. You may opt for an epidural.
