HELP!!!

Been trying for 2 years with my fiancé and no luck. I haven't been to an ob cuz of no insurance. But I have had cysts in the past and have had so many cysts (currently one on my right ovary, I found out a week ago and got ultrasounds and blood work and they didn't say anything about things that could be affecting why I'm not getting pregnant. I JUST started using this app and charting my cycles and ovulation and everything and bought an ovulation kit strips today! App says I'm ovulating so im gonna test! But PLEASE I NEED ANY AND ALL ADVICE I CAN GET ON GETTING PREGNANT!!!! We want a little one so bad and are so ready! Plus my fiances mother has cancer and has a 10% survival rate right now and could be gone from 3 weeks to 4 months and we would love to tell her she is expecting a grand baby tob make her fight even harder cuz she is already so strong!!!! Please help and pray for us, it's all SO MUCH appreciated and I'm so happy to be apart of such a strong group of ladies!!!!
