Cramping a week before period
I'm cramping a week before my period and was wondering could it be ovulation? I have a irregular period it's either 28-35 days. I don't know when I ovulate but I'm trying to conceive. I'm experience sore breast cramps and nausea. Does anyone know the tell signs of ovulation?
