Help me!

I dont want to start freaking out and think of the worse. I had sex earlier this evening , it is now night time. I am taking birth control pills and have been for 6 months now. I am now starting the 3rd week of my pills. However. I just went to the washroom and pissed...and seen little red small tissue like pieces in my piss. I wiped and had light bright pinkish blood....what the hell is that.

Two weeks ago i had TERRIBLE pain in my pelvic area i couldn't move sit or anything for about 2 hrs then it subsided a little throughout the day. I took a pregnancy test because i didnt get my period , it said negative. Although! I had sex the day after my exp3cted period and when i wiped myself there was a little bit of blood on the tissue.

Im really hoping this isnt cervical cancer....

I am going to the doctors in the morning. But have any of u ladies experienced this?
