Baby kicking a lot at night?

My 9 week old has recently started kicking around at night like he is uncomfortable. He grunts a lot while doing this and it keeps me up. I can't quite figure out what it is... gas? He sleeps at an incline to help the reflux and that has always worked well. Could he be outgrowing the lounger he's sleeping in? Anyone else have this?

My son has always done this. He did it in his rock and play in our room and he does it in his crib now. He kicks and grunts until he's well asleep. He sleeps great after 10-15 minutes of kicking and grunting though.

Mine did this for two nights in a row (she's 7 weeks) and kept me up both nights - I think it was gas. On the third day, I gave her gripe water and last night she slept 6 hours straight with not much movement! (And I slept too lol). Not sure if it's a coincidence, but maybe try the gripe water?

My son kicks when he needs to burb or if he has gas and when he is waking up and wants to eat. He also kicks when he's playing  with his gym. He kicks the poll by his legs to get the hanging frog to sing.

I'm very afraid of positional asphyxia or leaving him at an incline (can't tell if his chin is too close to his chest) so I only do it when I can watch him closely and I don't let him stay that way too long.

I might be paranoid but I bawled when I read a story about a baby that died in his car seat at day care. They ignored his little legs kicking, it was his way of trying to say "I can't breath". He was getting CPR but died when his mother went to check on him during lunch.  If hearing about someone else's baby dying that way makes me bawl I can only imagine I'd die or go insane if ithappened to me.

My baby is 7 weeks old and started to do this a couple of weeks ago. I have no idea what it is! 
The doctor said it may be gas, but the baby does not kick/grunt in the Rock and play, only in the bassinet. Also he won't do it when he is deeply sleeping.

My son has been doing this for the last 4-5 weeks. He does it in his sleep and it doesn't seem to bother him. We tried putting him in the crib but he wouldn't sleep as well and woke up every hour-hour and a half. He's back in the rock n play and kicks and stretches all night. Swaddling helps sometimes but other nights he gets upset that he can't stretch out.

Mine does this too! He's still in the rock n play sleeper next to my bed and I do see if he's getting mad. Or if he wants to stretch out, he sleeps good in it still but I'm thinking maybe I need to just put him in his crib. Ughhh😩 I don't want to though!
