Boy or girl?

The ultrasound tech had a difficult time telling if this was a girl or a boy (didn't have the 3 lines like a girl has, but instead had a solid line across..also absence of boy bits). She didn't want to confirm girl because she said an absence of boy parts do any necessarily mean girl. What do you think? Have you every seen a solid line across? This was at 17 weeks.
