Losing weight the wrong way?
I heard that laxatives help you lose weight so I went and bought some. Then I was reading about it and all that came up were these extreme stories where some women were taking 30-100's a day. I'm thinking geez. Maybe I shouldn't do it then, but at the same time I don't even want to look at myself in the mirror anymore. I'm thinking one a day will be okay along with a good diet and exercise. So it's not like I'm being extreme right ?
I've been struggling for years with the way I look. Always losing weight the right way by going to the gym and eating good, then I quit. Then I'm right back to calling myself fat & hating myself for quitting and lack of motivation. It's a constant battle and all I want is to lose 20 pounds but can never get there. It's not even like I'm setting an unrealistic goal or trying to be 105 pounds. I'm just struggling :(
