Compression Stockings/Socks?????

I am flying this Friday. It's a nonstop 2 hour flight. My doctor recommended that I get some compression stockings/socks. Where can I get these and do I need to get a specific kind? I have no idea what to look for.

I'd go with the full tights or you'll swell above the socks. Or at least I would have. I went on a flight from San Diego to Minnesota and swelled like a balloon! I had a slight panic attack because I couldn't get my wedding ring off!

I am a nurse and I wear compression socks all the time! I usually get the knee high socks in 20-30 mmHg compression. You can get them at CVS, Walmart, or Walgreens. You just want to make sure they don't have and creases or folds. That counteracts their purpose.
