Progesterone therapy side effects??? Advice needed!

Hi ladies-

After having my third miscarriage, I've consulted with a fertility specialist. They ran blood work yesterday and determined that I do not seem to be ovulating and to induce a period they have prescribed me 200mg progesterone for the next 14 days. I have read nothing but horror stories online and was hoping someone could tell me it's perhaps not as bad as it seems...I'm like on the fence about taking these pills. Any advice?

I am on pregeaterone cream suppository at my request because I am 5 weeks and my pregeaterone level dropped to 14 from 20. It can be messy and it can irritate the vaginal area and yes it comes out in weird clumps but for me it's worth it to hold on to my nugget a little longer

I started taking progesterone pessaries as soon as I fell pregnant again, I developed mood swings and acne but that was all

I take the oral progesterone 200mg before bed and don't experience any side effects with it. I am generally very sensitive to medication and have tons of side effects when they exist. I have read that the oral progesterone is more likely to cause the nausea, dizziness, etc, than the suppositories.

I took the suppositories with my last pregnancy. They heightened all of my pregnancy symptoms - nausea/sickness, constipation, my breasts were huge. I am supposed to take them again with my next pregnancy, but I am going to ask for the injections because the suppositories was the bane of my existence for those few weeks. It comes in a gel form and the medicine is suspended in a wax. Your body does not absorb the wax and you have to clean yourself out every so often. I am sorry for the TMI, but it came out all sorts of colours. It was disgusting. I spoke with other women and most didn't mind this. The fact that my nausea was so bad meant anytime I had to do this, or even thought about it, I would start gagging and vomiting. It was not great.
