Foundation?

So for some reason I the area around my mouth is darker than my face 😑 whenever I put foundation the area around my mouth goes away, which annoys me Bc it's the only reason I put foundation. What is the best drugstore foundation? Or would a cc cream be a better choice?

I have the same issue: Making it hard to get matched at sephora, the best thing i did was get concealer to brighten up my dark tones instead of putting on 3 different foundations that honestly just had concealers mixed in. I use purple for my discolored chin area and a peachy/orange depending on how deep your complexion is around my lip and under eye area. Same goes for any red spots like under my nose and any acne marks i use green, yellow to boost pale skin is also great. I buy the LA HD concealers there like 3 dollars each & work wonders. Then put on a decent layer of your foundation that matches your true complexion. Also, little lip tint can make those lips pop naturally and trust me no body will miss them.

A really good drug store foundation is loreal true match! Great colour selection and a good coverage, be sure to top it off with a translucent power, Rimmel stay matte pressed powder leaves your face matte and controls oilyness for almost the whole day, plus your foundation won't move and these two together work beautifuly expecially for drugstore, if your looking for a drugstore concealer too try maybelline fit me concealer, it's amazing and very good coverage 😊

I have the same problem. I use the orange color corrector from L.A Girl cosmetics underneath my foundation and it evens out my skin tone perfectly! If you're looking for a good drug store foundation though I really like L'oreal Infallible! Makes your skin look perfect.
