Tips? Please!
Hello ladies. I'm 5'4 165 pounds, overweight. I'm ready to start losing weight. But I really need somewhere to start. I need more information on where to begin, I have no clue where to start. I've read that some people fast before their diet. Or "healthy lifestyle" I really feel like I have no one to talk to, I have no one in my life who really eats healthy or exercises, Which makes it harder to find motivation and get right to it. I know nothing about sodium, carbs, how many meals I should or shouldn't eat, the amount of veggies/fruit, etc. I've read up about things. It would just be nice to get some motivation, and hear your results, any tips, Or even if you're just now starting your healthier lifestyle aswell. Anything you want to share with me would be extremely helpful.
