Treatment options

We've got a 1 year old due to IVF. I know I'll be clutching at straws but I'm wanting to know about alternative treatment options. We've had 2 failed FETs this year (1 miscarriage and 1 just failed). We're going to need to save up for a fresh cycle, which will put us out of ttc for at least a few months, which I'm not happy about. (I want to keep trying now dammit!)
Anyway, I have endo, adeno and polycystic ovaries. I have a 28 day cycle, ovulate regularly but my hormones are all there but very low. We never went through any meds just straight to IVF as per the recommendations of the FS. It worked first go. I'm just wondering if there's anything we could try in the meantime. We'll keep trying/ not protecting and I'll get some preseed too. Anything else?
Oh and I heard about coq10 ubiquinol yesterday and I'm looking into this too.

Perhaps ask to try progesterone suppositories after you ovulate

It helps prepare the lining for the egg and sustain pregnancy should the egg implant

That's a good idea given my progesterone is always low.

What about injectables?

I do I think, but not at the right time. My RE said something like the egg deteriorates and he believes that's why I've had 4 losses.

I've had gonal-f and ovidrel as part of the first IVF cycle. I'll talk to my FS about trying them between IVF cycles. Do you mind me asking if you ovulate yourself, or only with meds? Because I ovulate naturally, my FS said meds weren't an option. I'd be keen to try.

There are a lot of types. I also have pcos. I've conceived 4 times with clomid, letrazole, and even naturally. I'm now doing letrazole and ovidrel and gonal-F. I've also taken progesterone. It's worth a try.

Have you looked into needing metformin for PCOS?  I've read a lot of success stories of women with PCOS going on metformin then getting their bfps! Also, you're smart to start coq10 now.   You should look into other EGG QUALITY SUPPLEMENTS to take now while you wait.   Your eggs will be primed and ready for IVF after 90+ days of supplements!   Good luck!!!!
