Having children makes the girls drop and the same as stretch marks it is all in your genes and how forgiving your skin is. Weather you choose to bf or not your boobs still increase in size and produce milk when you dry up either you skin will sitting back or not. And probably not all the way. My mom has great boobs bf 2 out of 4 my first child I went from an b to a DD I did not bf him as he was super sick by boobs went back to a very nice b almost c (up where they were supposed to be) I have a 7mo now I bf him for awhile I also went back to a very full DD the girls are a full c and I don't have saggy boobs but I don't have 21yo young chicken boobies either. My friend on the other hand her first oh my her boobs are empty tube socks but as we always joke slap those sucker's in a push up and you would never know lol. So long story short bf doesn't ruin your boobs children ruin them :-).. But it's all worth it!!

Pregnancy causes it, not breastfeeding. Your boobs go through a lot of changes even in early pregnancy, can grow several cup sizes and the hormones cause tissue to relax and expand. That said, I've been pregnant several times and my boobs have never really gotten much saggier then they were originally although they grew to massive proportions.
