I just had a D&C on Monday. Everything was fine the day of the procedure and yesterday with hardly any pain or bleeding at all. Today is now day #3 and I'm suddenly in so much pain with severe cramping that comes and goes minus any heavy bleeding. I'm following the post op instructions & Ive taken the pain meds prescribed to me. I already called the hospital too and spoke to a nurse who advised me to go to the ER if the pain  continues followed by heavy bleeding, dizziness, fever, and feeling weak and lasts more than 5 hours. It's been 2 hours since the cramps started. Should I worry about these cramps and not bleeding or is this normal after having a D&C? Please help!
