HELP PLEASE

So I have a cut on my face and all the skin covered it was white and very would literally fall of if you touched it. I went to sleep (I couldn't put a blind aid on it it was all the was across my cheek and it wouldn't stay) and all of the skin fell off. I looked in the mirror and it looks like regular skin just a tad bit red. Do you guys think that the skin will have to regrow or do you think that it will just stay like that until the redness goes down?
