So I had a dream about an ex of mine. We dated 4-5 years ago and last night I had a very vivid dream of him and it was scary. In the dream he was telling me something but I couldn't hear it however in my dream I nodded and he had the worst expression on his face of anger and sadness and then he said something else that made me burst to tears and scream and my own scream woke me up. I wanted to message him and ask him if he's ok but idk something feels wrong about messaging to ask him. Should I message him?
