Should I go buy a frer?

Ok so back story! Had a crazy strong opk last cycle. Got my period a day early but it was short this month and not the usual heaviness. I feel off I dunno how to explain it I just feel different. I keep getting cramps on and off and when I do get the cramps I get egg white cm that's pink tinged. Took a dollar store test this morning with Fmu. Oh and with my son I bled and thought I was having periods but ended up being 6 1/2 weeks pregnant.
