I'm super CONFUSED!

Ok so I was suppose to start my period on the 11th still no signs of AF so today is the 18th I took a test 30 mins ago it was BFN the worst part is I've been having the worst pains only in my left ovary its so uncomfortable even when I sleep at night I can't lay on that said. My entire tummy feels weird like something is different my question is wasn't it time for me to test? April 12th was the first day of my last period😩  I'm just sooooo tired and fed up I want a baby😢 everything is just......sad I've been trying and I think I've been doing things all wrong 😩 at this point I think something is wrong 😢
