hey girls, can I please get some recommendation of what contraception to use? I hardly remember to take pills everyday and I wouldn't like the thought of something inside me! please let me know your thoughts and experiences it will help heaps!! xx

I've had many different pills, nexplanon, and nuvaring, and the ring was by far my favorite. For me it caused the lease side effects, and I loved how low maintenance it was.

I got a IUD inserted yesterday. It lasts for 5 years and you dont get pregnant and it lessens your cramps and amount of period days. You can get it removed when ever you feel youre ready. There are different ones that last different amounts of years. You get it put in and then after that you dont have to worry about it.
