I could probably go 2 weeks or more without a BM. But I take stool softener all week and a laxative once on the weekends. I hardly go at all during the week, if I do it hurts to go, and I try not to push too hard. Also it's like rabbit pellets, dime sized, maybe 5-6 at a time and I'm done. I only get relief from the laxative I take on the weekend. But I know you're not supposed to take them pregnant, and being over 23 weeks I think I need to find something else. I've tried muralax, milk of mag, eating more fiber and all that good stuff. But after a week and a half of nothing I had to still take laxatives to get a relieving BM...any advice on how to go?
