Oh yes. I have one that's worse than the other. I asked my doctor about it today and she said it's totally normal. She said its my body gearing up for lactation.

Yep!!! 35 w 3 days here and noticed last night that my nipples are SUPER sore!! My boobs are too! Just means the girls are getting ready to feed our little ones!!!!

Have you started lactating at all yet? My breasts got sensitive and painful just before I started leaking colostrum for the first time. I would think your body is preparing for feeding baby!
