Today I'm 39 weeks and 3 days. My LO is measuring just under 40 weeks which is about right. Anyway, I had a cervical check and was 1-2 centimeters dilated and 30-40% effaced. After the check, I started having this brownish blood discharge & the doctor said it was perfectly normal. I've gone to the bathroom about 3 times since then and still have the same discharge. I showered and used the bathroom again and found that I lost my mucus plug! Idk if I'll be going into labor anytime soon though as I haven't felt any contractions. This is all so exciting. I know I'm in for a lot of pain but how can I not be thrilled to have my little girl?!
