I've never had an issue with Trojans. I've never used the green ones (but I've never seen them actually). But I've used many different types of Trojans and never had an issue. The only time a condom broke for me was the one time I used durex actually.

idk about that particular brand, but slipping is usually due to size—make sure the condom actually fits him. being too big (or too small) can also increase the chances of breakage
