What would you do??
How do you handle talking to your kids about dressing themselves? I.E. They want to wear something that isn't appropriate for the weather, or a shirt and pants that clash, etc? I am torn, because on one hand I want my daughter to feel free to express herself however she wants to, and on the other hand I feel like I have the responsibility to pass on these unwritten "fashion laws" we have as a society so she'll avoid....idk...judgment I guess. But is that a good enough reason to stifle her creativity and expression? I always end up biting my tongue and letting her wear whatever, clashing or not, but it's hard to 😅 I'm curious to hear how other mother's handle this!
